I started as a database developer at a multi-finance company, became a system analyst lead and then an IT project manager at Astra Graphia, and wrote Go and TypeScript at Tokopedia before joining FAZZ, where I ran delivery and then owned product for four years. Since 2023 I've been AVP for onboarding and implementation at Citi in Jakarta, taking institutional clients through cash, trade and liquidity. Two IT degrees — a bachelor's from Universitas Sriwijaya and a master's from BINUS.

One subject runs through all of it: getting someone from interested to actually using a financial product. It is the least glamorous problem in the industry and the one where the money is lost.

One in four Indonesians holds a financial product they don't fully understand — the system included them faster than it educated them, and the gap gets filled by BNPL and short-term credit instead of savings. I watched that play out in real accounts for years inside banking, and it's the specific problem I've decided to spend my career solving from the outside — not one app, but a series of them, each aimed at a different point where Indonesians lose ground financially. WealthWise is the first. It won't be the last.

Build more apps and more solutions for the Indonesian market, starting with WealthWise. The day job isn't something I'm escaping — it's the field access that makes the products worth building. I work on them in the evenings and at weekends, which means I ship in stages and I finish what I start.
